Great way to increase your knowledge with computer software, such as creating documents and customer service skills. Great job for a starting out before you get a degree and graduate from college. Then move on to your career path!

Cons

Can be stressful and occasionally feels like communications to management are not listened to or taken into consideration.

opportunity for growth, plenty of training, great customer base. if in a full time position the benefits are great.fun place to work

Cons

a lot of pressure in the mornings to recieve the fedex shipping drop offs within the 15 minute window as required.
