      Pop Copy...seriously, have you ever spoken with some at the Retail side Poor Salary if you decide to move within organization ( Capped at 18% increase) Lack of understanding of Sales activity and motivation Poor Bonus structure

      Pros

      Everyday is different, definately not a mundane place to work. Tenured employees are very knowledgeable (those who were around during the Kinko's days)

      Cons

      District Managers and above pretty incompetent. Trial and error management styles. Hard to move up unless you know whose behind to kiss.
