      Pros

      Centrally Located in Plano, near Legacy Shops. Brand new HQ building. Benefits are good but getting expensive while coverage decreases.

      Cons

      Employees are taken advantage of and voluntold to do extra work, with no recognition, no extra pay, or promotion. Very poor management. Management is a revolving door, with your average manager lasting under 2 years before they realize they are in a dead end and move outside the company. They absolutely do not promote from within so in terms of carerr path, do not expect one at this company.
