Biggest joke of my life

Pros

Pay is ok but it doesn’t come close to comparing with other companies. Benefits decent. Vacation adds up very fast if you stay with the company a long time however you’re usually discouraged to take it and if you do, then they will just call you ever day you’re actually on vacation. The only pro I can honestly say I’ve say there is about this company is that they will show you everything you should never do if you decide to run your own business.

Cons

Extremely long hours, absolutely no work life balance, corporate and field have a massive disconnect that they have made very obvious that they have no interest in fixing. Upper management seems to be corrupt and uses regional security as their pit bull to fire whoever they don’t like that week. They really like talking about drinking the koolaid yet have no idea they are talking about the Jonestown suicides.

Pros

Great benefits, compensations is on par with similar AE offerings.

Cons

The company is has become very administrative centric and less about selling and getting in front of customer. Micro-management has gotten worse and leadership has changed to enforce more work and activity and has done nothing to compensate for these changes. Many tenured reps have either been let go or quit. The time it takes to sign new contracts is ridiculously long. Lots of back and forth with large companies and legal departments to sign a simple print agreement. Very frustrating when the bottom line is to prospect and sign new business. Too much red tape and too many people get involved to sign an otherwise quick and lucrative deal. Customers have been turned off because of this. They also eliminated the Field Account Executive position almost overnight in May with little warning and have put more work and strain on the Customer Service Specialists or “Jr. Account Executives” with new compensation packages or salary increase.

Pros

Some team selling and customer service support offered.

Cons

Employees are treated unfairly, bullied and graded on moving expectations. Sales bonuses were straight up stolen right out of the pockets from the sales force that worked hard to meet goals and then goals retro-changed unfairly with underperforming accounts to lessen sales results.
