Pros

Good Pay and Benefits that's about it.

Cons

If you are a driver you work the dock, as long as they want to keep you. They treat you like you are no better than a forklift (a machine) forget about any kind of life outside of work, not going to happen during the week. FedEx OWNS YOU and you better keep those numbers up.

Pros

- great pay for part timers - able to decide own shift - great benefits -easy work -lots of overtime available

Cons

-management overworks employees by not hiring enough people to cover shifts -promotions based off of connections and not work ethic/skill -management has started micromanaging, leading to highest employee turnover in years -

Pros

You can make 130k a year as a Road Driver with a top route (600+mile bid run). Off every weekend and Holidays. Home Everyday or Nights depending on if your a City Driver or Road Driver. Good equipment at the Big Terminals. If you Work hard and let your Seniority build up you can create a good life for yourself. Camera in Truck is watching the Road and NOT you.

Cons

Takes a Decade or longer to get a Day run as a road Driver. Starting out as a road driver you will work the Dock which can be ok or bad depending on your work ethic.
