Pros

Advancement opportunities & transfer abilities. Pay, it could have been WAY more than it was. Benefits are good.

Cons

Poor leadership in all aspects and poor quality of certain leadership personnel. Everyone talks “good game” but truthfully, they do not have your back and do not have the best intentions at heart for you. If you have emergencies, they will still count those said emergencies against. They say it isn’t a “prison” but want you to be fully committed regardless of what you have going on outside of FedEx Freight. Poor management overall. Glad I am not there.

Over hires so you end up getting low hours. Especially in the winter.
