better than average pay, very good benefits, employees generally look out for each other, vacation time off is easy to be used

Cons

get rid of the good ole boy situation, treat everyone equally, need to review and adjust "reasons for termination, management needs to treat hourly people like they are needed, handbook rules need to apply to all employees evenly

Work is steady. Bosses are nice and the work is good. We always have supplys on hand. Overall a great job
