Little opportunity to get to know fellow employees (very fast-paced environment).

Interesting but very risky to relocate!

Pros

The compensation is satisfying if you are not use to making about 50k a year. The Co-workers are important because they can motivate you even when you production is not up to par.

Cons

The responsibilities are not as clear in the beginning. Something goes wrong and it is your fault although you had no idea prior to that you should have prevented the situation from occurring. But thats life as a supervisor I guess then huh?
