Easy job but hard working conditions.

-Decent pay. -Ok management (at least at MY location). -Not having to deal with customers.

Cons

-Brutally cold fall/winter seasons outside on the dock. -Occasional heavy lifting of non-palletized, loose freight. -Having to use propane gas (for the forklifts) and the hazards inherent with handling the tanks.
