Great company to work for if you are detail oriented and are willing to put company before family. You must have a willingness to work hard and are people oriented.

Cons

Sometimes not enough help from upper management, and are ridiculed for asking questions at the manager level.

Pros

FedEx Freight has excellent pay and benefits for its employees. This is a very fast paced detail oriented environment and can lead to great career opportunities.

Cons

Schedule is often night time shift or mid to late evening shift as a dock worker. However they do have opportunities as city drivers that operate during the daytime hours making regular deliveries and pickups.

The pay and the benefits are great. The company takes care of the team members and the management will always look out for you when you need something. They will work with you if anything occurs in life.

Cons

You will always start on 3rd shift no matter the experience and cannot move up until a slot is open.
