Equipment is always broken. Management is a revolving door of inexperience. Company doesn't care about well-being of employees. Managers blame you for anything and everything, to avoid themselves looking bad. This place used to be the place to work, but other places' pay has caught up and it doesn't make sense to be treated like livestock, when its already +100 degrees out and you're forced to work 12 hour shifts 5 days a week for months.

I've worked Amazon, Veho ect.. and nothing, and I mean nothing is as bad as working for Fed Ex ground. No 401k, and almost everyone is part time. Very little room for growth since all of the drivers are contractors. No air conditioning working in 100 degree plus environments, and often very far from water or bathrooms.
