Pros
As OTR drivers, we have access to a load board so we can schedule loads in advance. Fedex is constantly attempting to update its methods of doing things so it can be easier for us as drivers in the long run.
Cons
can only be owner-op or work for a company that leases equipment. Mostly independent contractors, so if you're interested in a W-2 job then customer critical itself is not the place.
