If you value and respect yourself, stay away from this company. Work-life balance is a misery, allied with terrible leadership with no technical and emotional qualities to handle teams. The target is to have heartless employees, you cannot show your feelings, there's no space for constructive opinions or suggestions. Leadership based on fear, they shame and humiliate people to prove a point of view and think they are the biggest and best because they've a leader position in the company. Zero strategy for the medium or long term that is proven by the huge turnover of employees on the past years. The company does not value people who are committed, trustfull, and honest. You will be treated as one more employee.
