      Wages are better than average

      Cons

      Unrealistic expectations on employees, seem to have a selective policy and procedure practice. Do not treat all employees the same within their attendance, job advancements, accommodate some employees with work restrictions, but not others, management seems to have a non-caring attitude about an employees well being.
