They have a good client base to work for, but you'll have better luck in a technical role compared to a non-technical one. You're more likely to be rolled off by the client if your role doesn't align with their best interests to continue the contract as they are usually reviewed on a 6-month cadence, if you provide good technical skills to the client they can keep you for the duration for 2 years with the hope of a permanent role with the client you've been placed with, but keep in mind this are not guaranteed as business interest might have changed with the 2 years from your original start point so keep this in mind, and value new opportunities that come along the way if they are outside FDM

Theresno guarantee after 2 years of working with them that you will get a permanent role with the client you've been paced with.
