-good experience -foot in the door for other opportunities -good connections to bigger companies -good international opportunities -fun team based setting to work with

Cons

-very bad pay for starting in London, one of the worst for this considering other companies give a salary for training (none at FDM) then move to £30k+ on 2nd year, FDM stay below £30K. -Outsourced to other consultants then to client, so 2 people get a chunk of your pay just for you doing all the work!
