      Pros

      It's a good place to start of for someone with no prior work experience. They help to get experience with some of the top financial companies.

      Cons

      The training pay is low and it continues till you're placed. Even after being placed the pay is low and fixed for the period of contract.

      Pros

      The company have tried all they can to carry as many jobs as possible during an economic slowdown. This is to the detriment of the share price and the cash on the balance sheet. Everyone says salary is low but FDM does try and shoulder the costs of consultants on the beach much more than other consultancies. I don't know if this is explained in the clearest of ways.

      Cons

      As a company that has succeeded with its traditional model it has been slow to react and diversify in a difficult marketplace. Still very UK centric
