Low entry barrier to join FDM Opportunities to gain professional qualifications within FDM Friendly and Supportive working environment Great way to gain experience across industries and countries Fantastic way to gain recognition across industries (FDM organised a number of compeitions to present trainees and consultants to clients)

      Cons

      Salary may not be as high as other graduate scheme. However consider that the low entry barrier, professional qualifications and almost gauranteed chance to acquire employment contract, it is an essential company for starting-up your career. Beside, after you get the first employment contract, you are guarantee to paid basic salary even your contract is finished.
