Pros
FDM may be a last resort, but it is still a resort, and frankly, when I'm done with my contract, I will probably be in a better position through FDM than if I did something else. I'm doing work relevant to my degree and training.
Cons
Account managers can be disorganized and there is no guarantee where you are going. Make sure before you join you have savings because you won't have the option to save during your contract because the pay is abysmal.
