      - Extremely helpful staff, that put in the time to help you learn, succeed, and polish your interview skills - Opportunities at blue chip companies, help you land interviews - It is what you make of it, if you aren't the type to focus and really work hard as the training is intense, this place isn't for you. If you work hard and can take criticism and have the desire to learn and improve you'll get a great position to help launch your career - Great networking opportunities with clients, staff, lots of events

      - Salary is low for entry level positions - 9-530 workday is a bit strange while training

      Pros

      Good place to start a career especially in a difficult job market and field. Good company connections and training. Get major company experiences for resume at an early career stage. Training can be like school so you make the best of it.

      Need more clients and companies to place people.
