      Pros

      If you are an IT Technical Trainer and want to expand your skill set quickly, this is the place for you. I don't care for working at large, impersonal companies, so the size of FDM is just right. . FDM allows you to make a difference because you do count. They need your expertise, and they certainly make you feel welcome and appreciated. The comaraderie at FDM is fantastic. This is one of the funnest places I've ever worked at. The people here are fantastic.

      They don't offer a 401k. The NY office is growing so fast that it is running out of physical space. New digs are needed,.

      Pros

      Amazing training program. Helped me prepare for IT jobs at bigger companies. Some of the benefits are pretty good.

      Cons

      Two year contract is a double edged sword. I was stuck with a 45k salary for two years, but I also got much needed experience in IT.
