Lots of autonomy to do your role as you see fit so you could happily go about your work without much interuption. Perks were great - lots of events, healthcare, bonus package Team very sociable - in fact the whole company were very social

Cons

Direction from management not great. Sometime felt as if they were making up on the spot without any experience and promoting if you had connections there. It didn't feel overly professional at times
