Cons

Owners are right-wing extremists. High pressure, unfriendly workplace. Cold calls expected to be 50+ per day. Monitored phone calls & computers. Have to "sell" the people who come in who can't find jobs on their own.

hardly any. can get by with just about any schedule.

micromanagement, toxic work environment, inefficent/ineffective training, no job security, owner goes through extreme highs and lows, poeple let go with not notice and for no reason and then talked about poorly by owner even though he fails to disclose to an individual themselves why they were let go but will fully disclose all of the details to his team. claims to be a christian but doesn't act like one.
