Cons
Management look down on you, lie and use manipulation and scare tactics to keep you in the job. Hidden clauses in the contract make it so you're stuck there for longer than expected and if you leave before that time you have to pay back a fee of 4k. This makes employees feel trapped. Salary is extremely low compared to other places You'll spend a lot of time doing nothing or being given work that doesn't contribute to your job whatsoever. Misogyny is very prevalent in the workplace. Women are less likely to get promoted. Often spoken down to for both men and women. Work politics are horrific. Many serious and almost illegal issues get swept under the rug. HR work for the company NOT you. Again like above, serious issues will not be dealt with appropriately.
