5yMany of our employees provide feedback that they enjoy the team they work in and feel supported by their team members. In terms of the poor work environment you mention, Derby has been a very busy office but space has been improved through reviewing hours of work to allow greater distancing. It is hard to comment on your job description without knowing more detail but a Mechanical Design Engineer is a familiar role within Expleo.
