After acquisition there are rigorous efforts taken to build development opportunities and so we hired a bunch of freshers like you along with investing in some experienced resources to develop our capabilities in Pune. Related to your positive points we are glad you mentioned “Loyal clients, On-site opportunity, Good work culture, open door policy” and that is what makes working at Expleo awesome. As regards your comment on “No access to knowledge sharing portals”, while we are working continuously in this area, I believe you didn’t took the opportunity of exploring the SuccessFactors online learning portal @ Expleo. And yes of course Expleo being ISO and ISMS certified, there are certain restrictions for security reasons that every other organization would implement.
