      Flexible hours is about the only good thing going at the moment

      You only get promoted and recognised if the face fits Poor management - can't plan, 0 people skills and do not listen to others Low salary and low raises Building is falling apart which constantly needs repairs and a slight concern for health and safety of the place

      Bangalore office is Fully loaded with boomer uncles and aunties they are also not even worth for knowledgeable. Iam requesting the CEO of this company to throw these boomer gang outside of that office for better improvement.
