      Close to the mall and center.

      Cons

      I left before 2021 and I'm not sure if the situation has changed, but at the time, the local top management was taking advantage of their position: a culture of intimidation and control, where those who were close to the top, had more opportunities and advantages. And when someone was considered for termination, they were no longer welcome and faced constant pressure to leave.

      If you get good projects and teams to work with, then you are developing and learning there. so look for the opportunities you get.

      Cons

      But then there was poor management skills. without clear communication they make decisions which affect employees careers.
