Not much that I can recall honestly. The team was friendly and chill.

Cons

- Timed work hours - 'Flexible' work hours became mandatory 9-6 - Sketchy recruitment, I was supposed to take an internal company test/exam but the questions were outside of my role's responsability and during this exam team-members of my to be team would help out to the ridiculous ones.

-small company with big ambitions for growth in a very demanding sector , hindered by resourcing capability and recruitment to compete with larger more established competitors. -A very reactive organisation that could plan better -Development opportunities limited -work life balance is an issue -Benefits really not that great compared to others with a relatively low pension contribution and bonus scheme.
