Pros

Good package if you negotiate, easy to get in though even easier to get out

Cons

Its not even the B team. Its the B team of the B team. Once you are in, your basically just a permanent contractor. Job titles mean nothing and there is a bullying culture.

A nice Christmas goodies box each year

Higher level management don't care about you, you're just a cog In system churning out work. No job progression at all unless you favour up to seniors. COO told me they were doing me a favour during COVID after being put on furlough to hire me back for a project that I apparently interviewed badly on because the PM said I was nonchalant when all I did was take notes about the project. They don't care about you, do not work here, 0 stars if I could.
