Salary very under the industry norm and too much work to be done outside of job hours (graduate coaching, etc). Most middle management amount to nothing more than power hungry unpleasant and unprofessional people. Very little checking on how middle management are performing from lesser grades so this goes largely unnoticed.

But in real life they are saying we are the managers and we take the decision and you are an employee 4- "We are trying to do our best to help you" and they didn't even try to help you for more than 6 months with fake promises. - Very very very unprofessional HR Slow process in everything Doesn't reply on your messages or emails Hiding an important things like bonus, weekends days as you have to work on Friday there. - Old building
