You don’t have to interface much with anyone who actually works at Expleo

Cons

Where to begin? Expleo is built on a model that is quite simple; hire people to fill contractor positions in various companies, pay them poorly and rake in the money that comes in from the customer you’ve been posted to work for. You will not feel appreciated for your efforts, you will feel isolated and used. The pay progression and career planning is not existent. The biggest con of all is the micromanaging that comes about when you do actually interface with Expleo management. You are not a valued employee at Expleo, you are a number on a spreadsheet bringing in cash and you’ll be treated as such. Avoid.
