      Pros

      Great opportunities to grow and get involved with supporting the development of different initiatives. My boss has a real interest in me and my career and is accessible for me to speak with when I need to. There are lots of interesting projects going on. I'm not just a number here. Expleo are really people focused which is important to me. They invest heavily in providing industry accredited training to all employees helping improve my skills and achieve my career goals.

      Cons

      Sometimes project demands with the client can mean you don't get the time to get involved with the other Expleo activities as much as you'd like.
