      Pros

      The only pro is that you can work from home.

      Cons

      They removed the additional vacation. They left the food vouchers at its lowest amount even though 200 bgn food vouchers are tax free also. After the split from Atos the company is going down.

      Pros

      Flexible working hours, good trust and amazing collaboration with engineers, very skilled people. Remote work possible. Good pension plan for Switzerland and newest hardware provided by the company. International environment with lots of interesting projects.

      Cons

      Weak management and leadership (Atos). Now that the company has been sold to Atos, it also lost its identity and soul. Atos is very corporate and slow pace environment.
