      Cost cutting, hiring freezes, salary freezes and multiple rounds of layoffs. More layoffs coming, the lack of job security has killed morale. I dread paydays now because that's when they let people go.

      Good for only freshers. Because they are not productive for 2 appraisal cycles and hence it is been absorbed by all Project who are already in perform. Meanwhile they learn and then either left job for decent hike or just rolled out project by project to sustain. Diversification - You will be always ask to diverted form your role and take another skills and role irrespective for your Core skill and role. Force to perform delegation from Sr. Management which is additional operational assignment over and above to capacity.
