Great salary and benefits. Very nice and talented people. Opportunity to grow and advance.

Cons

Work/life balance maybe hard to find due to the consulting nature of the company, but I did not find any serious cons so far.

What is left of Maven Wave culture is great. Lots of great people.

Cons

MWP was acquired by a dying infrastructure management company that can’t make the leap into the 21st Century and cloud. MWP was Google’s law school girlfriend, but now Google is a lawyer and would rather date Accenture and Deloitte, you Maven’s future is tenuous as a business.

Great work life balance, friendly and passionate coworkers, lots of opportunities to learn, interesting projects. MW did a fantastic job transitioning the largely in-person culture to remote and now flexible throughout the pandemic.

can be difficult to get promoted outside of traditional consulting teams
