The supporting cast to the technical roles have no respect for the technical profession of the engineers and architects around them. They think sales runs the show but when every company is an IT company the technologist that can generate solutions that open up revenue streams and reduce unplanned work and inefficiencies is actually the bread and butter of an IT Consulting Firm. Project managers and Executive Consulting Staff need to take a back seat and not interject in the technical process trying to nickel and dime every opportunity for a sale. Let the business process develop maturely when building relationships with vendors.
