      Pros

      - Work life balance - Industry level salary - latest technologies, especially cloud One can join without having second thoughts. You won't get benefits compare to big 4, but will be satisfied.

      Cons

      Nothing for me, but there is not much functions, team bonding, etc. Everything is pure professional.

      Pros

      I've never been at a company more collaborative and established environment. I have worked here for less than a year and I already feel soooo VALUED. Hard work does not go unnoticed. Maven Wave is a company who truly practices what they preach. The amount of respect you receive from everyone in the company is unheard of. Growth?! Yes theres tons of it! Whether you want to move horizontally or vertically within the company - YOU CAN! I could rant all day about how much I love this company and it still wouldn't do it justice.

      I can think of no "cons." Just put in the work and you will reap the benefits.

      Pros

      - lots of opportunities for growth & upward momentum in the company - WFH is a huge plus - free lunches for folks in the office on Tuesdays & Wednesdays - great people - yearly bonus

      Cons

      - the PTO is kinda absurd (3 weeks per year really isn’t enough) - no paid sick leave (which means you must use your already-scant PTO if you get ill) - the yearly raises are pretty underwhelming - while most people are great, a LOT of people are slow to get back to you (if they even get back to you at all). This tells me a lot of people are overworked. - since the acquisition by Atos, getting initiatives off the ground can be like pull teeth. Things often get held up by corporate bureaucracy. - the benefits aren’t great
