HR Policies are very bad, HR doesn't understands needs of employees Very Bad Hikes or No Hikes at all, Forces to Do AWS/GCP cloud Certifications to get bonus, Company started deducting bonus payouts even after achieving extra cloud certifications, Food Items have slowly been removed(one by one) from Pantry, Casual Leaves have been removed in the new Leave policy, All good and new learning related projects are gone, hectic projects no time line followups are left , migration projects are the worst , If you are on bench they keep asking you to learn different languages one day its python , 2 days later Java and 3 days later C# or React and they will align your interview with client without considering you past experience, If you have java experience you may end up preparing for Go Lang project interview and even so 1 or 2 days of interview preparation for new Programming language
