      There is a real effort to build the community as well as a focus on building employee skills

      Cons

      When I was hired I needed to do the JenCo Mart case study to demonstrate my architecture skills. However, none of the projects I worked on used those skills. It seems like MW just didn’t know how to use me.

      Pros

      The X Factor is a major pro at Maven Wave. Everyone knows a great deal about their functional areas, and are more than happy to share that knowledge with you. While many of the employees work remotely, there are still plenty of opportunities to get to know each other and share our interests with on-site and livestreamed events, special interest groups, and topical chat spaces.

      Cons

      There are people you will come to know well, but rarely have the chance to meet face to face, due to the remote and hybrid work environment.
