I joined maven wave just after my college ended and it turned out to be the best decision.The culture here is very collaborative.Focus on certifications. I really like working here because of many reasons few of which are * Culture: It has nice work culture and allows employees to work freely, also there is good support from seniors and employees are motivated and appreciated for their efforts. * Policies: Lot of employee friendly policies and initiatives from HR department. Many cultural events are organised by HR department * Infrastructure: Nice infrastructure * Use of latest technology to ease work done. * Work-life Balance *Have Supportive seniors * there are more opportunities to advance our career. * And there are many such good things but these are the major ones
