Incredible Company, a lot of change with the Eviden Reorg
Pros
I thought Maven Wave had an incredible culture, competitive comp, and offered a great career opportunity compared to industry standard. Many of the new hires joined because people could sense how well the team members liked working there and that it was a great group of people. The current leadership at the Maven Wave (or what is now reorg'ed into the Cloud business in Eviden) is down to earth and easy to work with. They ran the ship during a period where I witnessed the company grow substantially.
Cons
With the reorg into Eviden, the culture, internal practices and standards, benefits, and reporting structure are all changing. The largest issue is that Eviden's operating rhythm is the same as the old Atos's, which is full of outdated policies and bureaucracy. I think most employees also have less confidence in the new Eviden senior leadership due to the high turnover, yearly layoffs, and lack of growth overall.
