      Great people and middle management - Above that is a complete mess

      Pros

      Great people, honest met some of the best people I ever have in a work place - unfortunately they are now all leaving because of the circus upstairs

      Cons

      The company is extremeley silo'd, which results in departments competing with each other for work. Very often your hired as one thing and then put in to something completely different. Above middle management do not have a clue, and when everythings falling apart come back and tell you everything's fine.

      Low pay, very disorganized top to bottom, lay offs, terrible benefits, similar to working at a startup but with no equity/stocks, very unclear future, constant threat of more layoffs.
