Pros

There are some incredibly talented individuals who do excellent work for clients. While work has slowed, there are still opportunities to work on some great projects.

Cons

Eviden is a conglomeration of acquisitions that don't seem to know who is in charge, and still don't work well together. Top leadership is lacking, and this has hurt sales, delivery, and moral.
