      Good enough pay and maybe flexibility but as a consultancy company that would largely depend by the end customer

      Cons

      You could be forced to travel to the other end of England and most of your expenses won't be refunded and the few can take ages of paperwork to be claimed. The support team is terrible

      MicroMagament+Macro+you name it they will do it. dirty politics Promotions will be based on group politics GM and Director of Eviden(paladion) dont have vision and clarity on the deliverables Higher management can opt N no.of leaves but they dont let an engineeer take one day extra WFH. HR's are useless. In simple we can name them as "Highly Regret" after talking with them.
