I have the pleasure of working with some really remarkable individuals that are talented, hardworking, and tolerate of the daily nonsense.

Cons

Pay, advancement, lack of diversity, board’s ability to make intelligent decisions, executives who don’t know what they’re doing, processes that are time consuming and manual, lack of appropriate ethics, and just generally awful humans.

Although the company appears good from the outside, it's a mess inside with many incompetent people at the top.

Cons

The lack of HR policies makes HR bodies alive but act like mummies, in simple terms. The management is terrible; they encourage people to praise them for running a shitshow. The work environment is too negative. Politics at the senior level that are detrimental and unethical. There is no progress in professional or career development.
