      Pros

      You get a front row seat to watch the melt down of a large company

      Cons

      Everything else - Managers are sadistic bullies - terrible working conditions (you will be worked to death) - your reward for hard work is an impossible workload with nothing added to pay you back for your extra time - quality of other engineers dropping as the company tries to cheapen itself

      Pros

      You get to experience the angriest town hall meetings and most toxic work environment of any company in the world.

      Cons

      The company is being run into the ground. Management refuses to answer any questions, they just ignore. They've had 4 rounds of layoffs. Now anyone who is not on a client for 4 consecutive weeks is fired. Management has cut holidays, cut vacation and no raises. Bonuses are 2 months late and somehow nobody in the company knows why.

      Layoffs and more coming Salary freeze so no raises Hiring freeze so everyone is burnt out Benefits are the worst Management doesn't even try to hide their contempt for workers
