- HQ HR schemes to save money for the company at the expense of employee. (1) Recent reorganisation - disguise retrenchment/redundancy as something else to avoid paying packages (2) regularly use contractual termination to get rid of people without good reason - High tolerance of poor performing senior management. Many poor performing senior leaders even with almost full turnover of their teams within a short period are still surviving - different standards for different people resulting in unfair practices - extremely low transparency of information to staff resulting in high disengagement.
