Great team of dedicated people, all aligned and actionable. These people care about what they are doing to build digital tools to accelerate and anticipate the needs of our shared global audience.

Cons

Not many... We struggled a bit early on, as we are a digital innovation team seated under Essilor International and reporting up to "Top Brass". There were and I am sure, will continue to be growing pains.
