      Pros

      Good pay, and usually good yearly bonuses. Nice co-workers (for the most part).

      Cons

      Mid-level managers play favorites, make trouble for others who aren't. Hard not to be pigeon-holed into your specific job/title. Up to individual department managers whether tuition reimbursement will be paid (or not).

      Great team to work with if have the bosses on had who let you do your job and supported you..

      Cons

      Too many senior managers who don't work and expect their team to do their jobs plus his of her job so hours can be very long.
